Our Role:  Project Manager, Engineer to the Contract

With years of planning and execution it’s immensely satisfying to see this multi-use facility finally up and running.  Only the highest quality outcome was acceptable here and you only have to look as far as the first users of the theatre - The Royal New Zealand Ballet and the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra - to be assured that was achieved.  This large-scale project involved interfacing with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, local iwi and council, MOE and third-party funders and has a facility that will benefit the region for years to come.

  • Recording Studio

  • Dance Studio

  • Practice Rooms
