Our Role: Designer, Project Manager, Engineer to the Contract
Bundling up learning support modifications with a 5YA funded student toilet enabled us to achieve economies of scale and deliver more in both projects than if they had been approached individually.
This extension to the main school building included a new high-quality bathroom fit out, a covered veranda area, and wheelchair accessible ramp. While we were on site, we also removed a classroom, demolished a dental clinic, installed a building-wide type 4 fire alarm, built another ramp and paved a walkway. Well, we were already there.
